The man has a plan...
I've arranged for a minibus and hotel for 16 people, who can either be sevens players or spectators/tourists.
General plan:
Meet at HRUFC at 6.30 am Saturday 25th July, get fry up on way, register for sevens at 12.00 midday, curry and booze at clubhouse after, then go out on town with 'locals' crash at hotel, two per room, next day lazy breakfast and leave t'north around lunchtime, getting home around 4 or 5 pm on Sunday 26th. Short and sweet.
Cost is £50 for Minibus, fuel and hotel room, based on 2 sharing. Food and booze and sevens match fee's etc all extra.
I've booked 8 twin rooms for the minibus people, but when the minibus is full, others can still come, but will have to drive themselves, sort out cars, etc. The rooms are about £48 per twin room, per night. If needed, and confirmed with cash, I'll book extra rooms.
To confirm, text or call me, you'll all have my number or someone you know will, and I'll cash from you when I see you. If you confirm and then can't go, sell your place to someone else, but don't leave me with a bill!

When we've confirmed the touring party we'll have a chat, work out our silly theme (we all need one!) and shirts etc, but I've tried to keep it cheap and cheerful so more can go.

When I see you would be nice. I should be at the club Tuesday night if anybody wants to pay, or you can get it to me at the first Lions test up the club, I'll be up there then too.

I think you could be pushing it to get up there for 12 noon, meet at 6:30 AND get a greasy spoon visit in - in a minibus. Do not forget - Meet 06:30 in Haverhill will mean we are lucky to be on the road by 7.
In fact, 4 1/2 hours could be pushing it without any breaks. This is the first weekend of the summer holidays for many people.
