Gents I will need some help on the Saturday morning of May 2nd. I am looking to sort the container out, repair the floodlights (now I have the correct instructions). With enough of us this should not take to long. Aiming for a 10 o clock start be done by lunch.

On the subject of the container, I was going to put more ‘grasscrete’ from the existing to within 2 feet of the pitch edge during the closed season for the floodlight. However I was concerned that it might just push the problem of the mud pool on to the pitch and the 3 boards (bridging the mud) we put down seemed to work, weren’t stolen and made a dry area for the spectators to stand. Is everyone ok with the boards or would grasscrete be better or even 2 long gangways for the floodlight wheels to run on that can be stored in the container? One thing to bear in mind is that the proposed patio/spectator area would have a drain routed past the container which may mean having to disturb anything that is permanently laid. If, like us parents of the youth lads who fought with the lights when they got stuck and you have an idea, please share it.
