RFU Grand DrawThe RFU has announced the start of the Grand Draw. This can be a major form of cash revenue for the club. The tickets cost a £1 each and every ticket that we sell the club receives 80p. So as you can see every £1000 of tickets that we sell we keep £800. This sort of money does not come along very easily if you are looking for sponsors but by participating in this draw the club can make a lot of money very quickly. This goes along way to help oit with playing sides throughout the club from the Minis, Youth, Ladies and Seniors as well as helping with local school coaching sessions.
WHAT WE REQUIRE....
This is the big one we NEED VOLUNTEERS yes that dreaded word VOLUNTEERS, ideally we require 2 VOLUNTEERS from the mini, youth, ladies, seniors and supporters group. This group can then run the campaign to push tickets to club members to sell and also organise to sell in the town on a saturday, sainsburys store and any other ideas that may prove fruitful. There are some clubs in the country that use this as there main income and sell £20k worth of tickets thats £18k profit. So please dont be afraid to step forward as a VOLUNTEER your committee would be so greatly appreciative of your support in this venture. Please contact Either Chris Spencer or Tony Hope asap.

Hopefully we can have a good number up at the club next week for the VP day. This might be a good place to get money from people, rather than to fine them for any little nothing - especially guests who are at the club.

If i can get all the details i could possible get the front of sainsburys for us!! If we can get all the details to my boss i cant see y he will say no as it would b good press for the club and the supermarket. May be get sum of us to wear kit up there and if we can try and get new blood. just ideas to put in to the pan.
