Summer Training (Adult Tag Rugby)Gents.
With summer training about to start in a week i thought as the basis of the training will be adult tag it might be sensible to check on the rules. I have attached a summery of the rules for those who are interested and want to understand why i ref the games a specific way (and not that i am a typical blind ref).

One of the real positive about tag rugby is the continual nature of the game which will have a real benifit to our fitness.
I look forward to seeing as many people as possible next week. Remember if you know anyone who you feel might like to play or used to play drag them along the more players the better.
